UV resistance and non-yellowing. Use on concrete, stone, bricks, flagstone, stamp concrete, stucco, pool decks, drive ways, walk ways and pavers. Product gives it a low sheen. Color can also be added with our water base stains. Slippery when wet. Must use C007 Super Diamond Grip Anti-slid. 1gal covers 300-650sq. ft. 1 spray low, second application medium finish. Used indoors & outdoors. Highly recommended to test a small area first. Available in a 1 gal pail & a 5gal pail.
