Uses

Horizontal, interior floors and slabs not subject to freeze/thaw conditions
Primer and bonding agent for poured in place concrete floors and slabs, precast concrete members, terrazzo, ceramic or quarry tile or other rigid substrates

Advantages

Excellent bond to substrate adhesion and bond to topping adhesion
Seals floors and slabs preventing outgassing which causes pinholes or air bubbles in topping
Water-based, V.O.C. compliant, little to no odor
Economical to use, dilute 1:1 with water for most projects
