SPARTACOTE WB EPOXY PRIMER is a fast drying, odor-free, water-borne catalyzed polymer primer for concrete. The product provides excellent adhesion to new or existing concrete and is intended for use in conjunction within SPARTACOTE PURE coating systems for concrete. SPARTACOTE WB EPOXY PRIMER exhibits superior concrete wetting properties and optimal inter-coat bond strength with SPARTACOTE polyaspartic coatings. It is designed to be used on horizontal or vertical concrete surfaces. The material will be dry and ready for secondary coatings within 1-2 hours.
